On 24.08.2016, DGA judiciary police officers from Vâlcea Anti-corruption Territorial Unit coordinated by the prosecutor within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Vâlcea Tribunal caught in the act CDN, as he gave 300 euro and 900 lei to a deputy of a rural police station, in order not to take the legal measures against him.

On 17.08.2016, the prosecutors within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Brasov Tribunal sent to Court the following defendants:

- S.P., a policeman within IPJ Brasov – chief of Crizbav Police Station, preventively arrested for repeatedly committing abuse of office – the public servant achieved for himself or for another undue goods and blackmail;
- B.N.A., a forrest ranger, investigated under judicial control for repeatedly committing abuse of office and taking bribe;
- B.N.Al., a forrest ranger, under domicile arrest for repeatedly committing abuse of office and taking bribe;
- M.N., a forrest ranger, under domicile arrest for repeatedly committing abuse of office and taking bribe;
- M.I.F., a forrest ranger, investigated under judicial control for repeatedly committing abuse of office, taking bribe, instigation to abuse of office and giving bribe.

On 11.08.2016, DGA judiciary police officers – Constanţa Anti-corruption Territorial Unit, coordinated by the relevant prosecutor from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Constanta Tribunal, caught in the act a citizen who received 1200 lei, in order to influence the authorities and obtain the residence visas for 2 Lebanese citizens, husband and wife.
