Based on the delegation of the relevant prosecutor from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Maramureş Tribunal, AGD judiciary police officers within Maramureş Anti-corruption Territorial Unit, with technical support from the Department for Intelligence and Internal Protection, caught in the act a citizen, as he tried to give money to a police officer, in order to receive the documents of his vehicle, which were detained for trespassing the traffic regulations.
On 18.11.2013, prosecutors from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Bucharest Tribunal ordered 24 hours detention against MA, a police agent within Bucharest Police Directorate – Traffic Police, under the accusation of trading favours.
AGD officers within Timiş Local Service, under the co-ordination of the case prosecutor, with support from Intelligence and Internal Protection Unit, caught in the act BP as he was giving 2.700 lei bribe to a police agent. The money were part of the sum he had previously promised in exchange of not drawing a criminal file for driving a vehicle without posessing a driving license.
On 30.10.2013, AGD judiciary police officers within Argeş Anti-corruption Territorial Unit, coordinated by the relevant prosecutor from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Argeş Tribunal, supported by the Romanian Intelligence Service, caught in the act a police agent, as he received a 1000 lei bribe from a citizen, in order not to take the legal measures against him for breaking the traffic regulations.
