On Thursday, 26th of June 2014, AGD officers within Dâmbovița County Service, under the co-ordination of the case prosecutor within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Dâmbovița Court, caught in the act T.V.as he was offering 500 lei bribe to a pliceman within the Dâmbovița County Police Inspectorate.
Tuesday, on 24th of June 2014, AGD officers within Constanţa County Anti-corruption Service, under the co-ordination of the case prosecutor designated within the Prosecutors’s Office attached to Constanţa Tribunal, caught in the act a police agent within Constanţa County Police Inspectorate, as he was receiving 2.700 lei from C.A., in exchange of a favourable solution in a criminal file in which the denouncer, together with CVM were investigated for committing aggravated theft.
On 15.06.2014, AGD officers from the Anti-corruption Directorate for Bucharest and Ilfov County, coordinated by the case prosecutor within Bucharest Military Prosecutor’s Office attached to Bucharest Tribunal, caught in the act ŞV, a non commissioned officer from the Ministry of National Defense, as he eceived bribe from a denouncer. The denouncer was asked for 4000 lei, but he only gave 300 lei to ŞV on the occasion of the catching in the act operation. ŞV promised he will use his influence and transfer the denouncer to a more convenient facility within Timiş County Police Inspectorate.
On 05th of June 2014, AGD officers within Dâmbovița County Anti-corruption Service, under the co-ordination of the case prosecutor within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Dâmbovița Tribunal, caught in the act G.N. who attempted to give 1.000 lei bribe to a policeman within Dâmbovița County Police Inspectorate.
AGD officers – Călărași Anti-corruption Territorial Unit, under the coordination of the case prosecutor within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Călărași Tribunal, supported by AGD’s Technical Service, caught a citizen in te act, as he tried to give a 300 Euro bribe to a police agent from Călărași Service for Driving Licenses and Vehicle Registration. In exchange of the money, the policeman should have facilitated the citizen to obtain the driving license.
