On 18 of January 2017, the judiciary police officers within DGA, under the coordination of the case prosecutor from the National Anti-corruption Directorate DNA – Timisoara Territorial Unit, executed 19 bringing warrants against 18 MoIA employees within Oradea Territorial Border Police Inspectorate – Border Crossing Points Turnu, Nădlac 1, Nădlac 2 and Vârșand, as well as against 1 employee within ANAF.
Anti-corruption General Directorate officers – Cluj Anti-corruption Territorial Service concluded the investigations and the case prosecutor within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Cluj Tribunal, disposed the sending to court, without being arrested, of the defendant S.V. for committing giving bribe offence.
DGA officers within Dolj local structure finished the investigations and the prosecutor within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Dolj Tribunal issued the indictment and sent to Court the following defendants:
1. N.I., under judicial control, for committing giving bribe and driving a vehicle without possessing a driving license;
2. C.A.M., under judicial control, for committing giving bribe.
On 11.01.2017, the prosecutors within the Anti-corruption National Directorate – Oradea Local Service, retained for 24 hours M.C.V., a police agent within Satu Mare Police Station for committing taking bribe and trading favours.
After DGA officers within Dolj local structure finished the investigations, Dolj Tribunal issued the indictment and sent to Court 9 defendants:
- I.A., a police agent within Bistreţ Sector Border Police, under preventive arrest, for making up an organized crime group, taking bribe, being accessory to illegal hunting and fishing, use and allowing access to unauthorized persons to information not destined to the public and instigation to false deeds under private signature;
