On 25th of May 2016, the designated prosecutor from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Prahova Tribunal, issued the indictment through which the defendant C.A.V., a former police agent within Ploiesti City Police – Traffic Patrol, was sent to Court (we mention that C.A.V. resigned on 01.01.2016). He is investigated without being arrested, under judicial control, for committing several criminal offences: taking bribe, fraud (4 criminal offences), embezzlement (32 criminal offences), intellectual forgery (2 criminal offences), material forgery in official documents (4 criminal offences) and abuse of office (26 criminal offences).
On 25.05.2016, DGA judicial police officers within Galați County Anti-corruption Service, under the coordination of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Galati Tribunal, caught in the act A.I. who gave 500 lei bribe to a police officer within Galati County Police Inspectorate, in exchange of not accomplishing his service duties.
On 24.05.2016, DGA officers within Bucharest and Ilfov County Anti-corruption Directorate, under the coordination of the case prosecutor within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Ilfov Tribunal, caught in the act PGA while giving 900 lei to a police officer within Ilfov County Police Inspectorate, in exchange of not accomplishing his service duties.
The case prosecutor within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Iasi Tribunal issued the indictment to sent to Court
► P.I. (a Romanian and Moldavian citizen), under judicial control, for committing giving bribe offence, instigation to illegal border crossing and illegal bringing in the country of goods through other places than those established for customs control;
► Ş.A.G. (a Romanian citizen), without being arrested, for committing collection, possession, transportation, taking over, depositing, giving, selling goods that are subject to taxation, by knowing they come from smuggling;
► R.T. (a Moldavian citizen) without being arrested, for committing taking into the country, by any means, goods, through other places than those established for customs control.
